from the Field Meal- Potato Casserole

Potato Casserole on the go for Harvest.

6-8 large potatoes sliced (I like to add these to a large microwaveable bowl covered in water and nuke for 8 minutes to ensure these get fully cooked and are tender!)

2 lbs browned, seasoned and drained hamburger

1 can cream of mushroom

1 can cream of onion

1 ranch packet

1 C sour cream

Handful of two of shredded cheese.

Layer sliced potatoes on the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Top with 1/2 browned hamburger. Remaining hamburger mix well with above ingredients. (save some cheese for the very top)

Pop in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes to ensure its warmed through! Enjoy!
